Greetings, I am Alexandros, your Consultant

With a proven track record of business development, client acquisition, and end-to-end executive search delivery, I have helped organizations secure top talent and achieve optimal talent alignment. My work has also included leading operational excellence initiatives and contributing to global HR systems and best practices.

While my strongest expertise lies in the consumer products & services and life sciences & healthcare sectors — shaped by my work with leading pharmaceutical companies (AstraZeneca Germany, Novartis Greece, DesKot) — I have successfully delivered projects across multiple industries, providing clients with valuable cross-sector insights and adaptable solutions.

My academic background includes a PhD in Bioinorganic Chemistry and a Diplom in Chemistry (University of Erlangen-Nürnberg), a master’s in Strategic HR Management (ALBA Graduate Business School), and a Business Administration certification (NKUA). I am fluent in Greek, German, and English, with basic knowledge of Italian.
